For a meal, The Swanson serves Southern dishes in the historic Cox-Swanson home at 933 Carroll Street. Check the restaurant’s current menu and hours before heading over.

Add an outdoor stop at Rozar Park, 1060 Keith Drive. The city lists playgrounds, disc golf, fishing ponds, sports fields, and a walking trail. The park is a separate stop from downtown, so plan transportation between the two.
